Personal License is defined as using purchased “Kits” individually and not as a part of a company, business, non-profit, or any other organization of any kind. However, Personal Use is also defined as using purchased “Kits” for Commercial Work, company projects, businesses and so on, if you aren't employed by such enterprises. We define Commercial Work as any work that isn't done for Personal Use. Synonymous terms include Contracted Work and Client Work.
If you're a part of a company, organization or any other enterprise of any size you must purchase Team License. The product purchased under Team License can be used by any number of the company's employees. This license is suitable for all the Company and commercial organizations and business entities. In case of purchasing one of our the products for your company, you must choose Team License.
Currently, you will need Figma to use the UI kit you purchase here. However, in the near future, our kits will be available in various file types, such as Adobe XD and Sketch.
We strive to provide kits that can be used even by non-designers. However, a basic knowledge of how to use Figma or other related software will be necessary.
Every design file includes a series of design screens, pre-built components, and basic styles to help you customize the design. Currently, we only support Figma. You can check this page for more details. Please before buying, make sure you also read the description of the UI kits.
A personal license is only for individual customers, while a Team License is for all company and commercial organizations and business entities. So, if you're purchasing one the products for your company — please choose Team License.
End product is a product you create using a UI kits you purchased on Nucleus (e.g. creating high fidelity mock-ups, prototypes for your clients).
In general, most of the assets we use are free for commercial. They are from Unsplash, Pexels, Freepik, Feather Icons, etc. However, our team might create some of the assets like icons or illustrations, which you can use for free and commercial purposes.
We can only issue a refund if you chose the wrong file type for a kit. You would need to notify our customer support within 24 hours. In general, refunds are not possible once you’ve confirmed your purchase.
