License
Agreement Terms:
- By purchasing a resource (“item” or “file” or "kit") you are being granted a license to use these files for specific uses under certain conditions.
- Nucleus grant the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the digital work (“end product”).
- You are licensed to use the Kit to create unlimited End Products for yourself or for your clients and the End Product may be sold, licensed, sublicensed or freely distributed.
Personal License:
Personal License is defined as using purchased “Kits” individually and not as a part of a company, business, non-profit, or any other organization of any kind. However, Personal Use is also defined as using purchased “Kits” for Commercial Work, company projects, businesses and so on, if you aren't employed by such enterprises. We define Commercial Work as any work that isn't done for Personal Use. Synonymous terms include Contracted Work and Client Work.
Team License:
If you're a part of a company, organization or any other enterprise of any size you must purchase Team License. The product purchased under Team License can be used by any number of the company's employees. This license is suitable for all the Company and commercial organizations and business entities. In case of purchasing one of our the products for your company, you must choose Team License.
You can:
- modify the "kit" to create an end product for your project or client project.
- sell, license, sublicense, or distribute and make any number of copies of the end product.
- combine the "kit" with any item(s) or asset(s) and make a derivative work from it.
- use the "kit" multiple times in multiple projects.
You can't:
- upload the kit publicly and/or share it in a way that allows people to download, extract, or redistribute it as a standalone file.
- resell the kit as is or as the core element of another UI kits/templates on your website or marketplaces like ThemeForest, Creative Market, etc.
Frequently Asked Questions
What software do I need to use the UI kits?
Currently, you will need Figma to use the UI kit you purchase here. However, in the near future, our kits will be available in various file types, such as Adobe XD and Sketch.
What knowledge or skill do I need to use the UI kits?
We strive to provide kits that can be used even by non-designers. However, a basic knowledge of how to use Figma or other related software will be necessary.
What is included in a UI kits?
Every design file includes a series of design screens, pre-built components, and basic styles to help you customize the design. Currently, we only support Figma. You can check this page for more details. Please before buying, make sure you also read the description of the UI kits.
What's the difference between Personal and Team Licenses?
A personal license is only for individual customers, while a license is for all company and commercial organizations and business entities. So, if you're purchasing one the products for your company — please choose Team License.
What is an end product?
End product is a product you create using a UI kits you purchased on Nucleus (e.g. creating high fidelity mock-ups, prototypes for your clients).
Can I use the assets such as photos, illustrations, fonts, or icons on the UI kits I’ve purchased?
In general, most of the assets we use are free for commercial use. They are from Unsplash, Pexels, Freepik, Feather Icons, etc. However, our team might create some of the assets like icons or illustrations, which you can use for free and commercial purposes.
Can I refund?
Refunds are not possible once you’ve confirmed your purchase.
