License Agreement

By buying or downloading Nucleus UI PRO Version or the free Nucleus UI LITE, you agree to follow this license agreement. This document explains what you are allowed and not allowed to do with the files you receive.

Thank you for visiting Nucleus UI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Nucleus UI is part of PT Teknologi Untuk Bangsa. This license agreement covers Nucleus UI PRO Version, Nucleus UI LITE (Figma UI kit), and Nucleus Icons available on our website.

Summary

You can use both the FREE and PRO Version versions of Nucleus UI PRO Version and Nucleus UI LITE in unlimited projects for yourself and your clients. This includes commercial projects (like websites, products, and apps), client work, and personal projects. By buying or downloading Nucleus UI PRO Version and Nucleus UI LITE, you agree to the terms below.

You are NOT allowed to:

• You cannot sell, sublicense, distribute, or grant rights to the files or their contents, whether in original or modified form.
• You cannot use any of the files or their contents in a UI kit, library, template, or framework, including for other software and frameworks.
• You cannot distribute or publish the files or their contents online.

In simple terms, use them honestly and don't copy or use them in a competing template or product. Free versions are available to help you see if they are useful.

A "user" is anyone using the Nucleus UI PRO Version and Nucleus UI LITE files, either as a direct editor or as a user of a published component library. You can share access to the Figma files or a published Figma library with team members or other users only if you have purchased a Nucleus PRO Version Team license.

To upgrade your license from a single user to multiple users, contact us at hello@nucleus-ui.com for a discount based on your previous payment.

Licensing Agreement

By purchasing or downloading Nucleus UI PRO Version and Nucleus UI LITE (the free versions) ("Item"), you receive a license to use this file for specific purposes under certain conditions.

This license grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the digital work ("Item").

You are allowed to use the purchased Item to create unlimited End Products for yourself or your clients.

An end product is defined as follows:

An End Product is a customized use of the Item. For example, if the Item is a package of UI elements, the End Product is your unique finished website or app design.

Permitted Uses:

• You can create an End Product for a client.
• You can create an End Product for personal or commercial use.
• You can combine the Item with other works to make a new, derivative work, following this license.
• This is a 'multi-use' license, meaning you can use the Item multiple times in different projects.
• You can publish the Item in your team library or share the files within your organization only if you have purchased a Nucleus PRO Version Team license. These licenses allow access for unlimited users.

Examples of permitted usage:

• Creating websites for yourself or a client.
• Developing web applications or apps for yourself or a client.
• Creating commercial SaaS applications or websites for end users who pay to use them.
• Using Nucleus UI PRO Version and Nucleus UI LITE (the free versions) as a starting point for an internal design system.

Prohibited Uses:

• You cannot share the item link online or distribute it with public access in Figma.
• You cannot include any of the Item design files in the End Product as they are.
• You cannot redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. This includes using the Item to create a template or library for another platform or software (e.g., Shopify, Adobe XD, Framer, Webflow, HTML, CSS, React, WordPress, Tailwind).
• You cannot make the Item available as it is or with minor changes.
• You must not allow end users of the End Product to extract and use the Item separately.
• You cannot publish the item in your team library or give edit permissions to others if you have an individual license. Purchase a team license for multiple users.

Examples of prohibited usage:

• Sharing or publishing files or assets online or making them publicly available.
• Sharing files or assets with users who have not purchased a license.
• Creating and distributing a version of Nucleus UI PRO Version or Nucleus UI LITE (the free versions) for Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, React, Vue, HTML, Bootstrap, Tailwind, or similar platforms.
• Developing a UI kit, theme, template, design system, or starter kit using components, designs, assets, or templates from Nucleus UI PRO Version or Nucleus UI LITE (even if modified).
• Creating an "app builder" or "website builder" using components, designs, assets, or templates from Nucleus UI PRO Version or Nucleus UI LITE (even if modified).

Enforcement

The copyright of Nucleus UI PRO Version and Nucleus UI LITE (the free versions) is owned by PT Teknologi Untuk Bangsa. You are granted only the permissions described in this license; all other rights are reserved.

PT Teknologi Untuk Bangsa can revoke licenses and access to files if unauthorized use outside this license is detected.

PT Teknologi Untuk Bangsa can take legal action for unauthorized use of Nucleus UI PRO Version and Nucleus UI LITE (the free versions), especially if assets are used to create a competing product or are distributed online.

Limitation of Liability

PT Teknologi Untuk Bangsa’s liability to you for any costs, damages, or losses from using Nucleus UI PRO Version and Nucleus UI LITE, including third-party claims, is limited to a refund of your purchase.

PT Teknologi Untuk Bangsa is not responsible for any consequential damages related to your use of Nucleus UI PRO Version and Nucleus UI LITE.

Extending the License

To upgrade your Nucleus UI PRO Version license from an individual license (one user) to a team license (Unlimited), contact us at hello@nucleus-ui.com.
