Intellectual Property

The content, design, and functionality of the Service/Product are created and owned by Nucleus UI. We are currently in the process of registering our intellectual property rights. Until this registration is complete, we assert that all original materials, including graphics, logos, software, and other visual or written content, are proprietary to Nucleus UI.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material from our Service/Product without express written permission from us is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is significant, we will provide notice at least 15 days before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our discretion.
